Our story

For over 100 years, there has been no breakthrough innovation in the world of freeze drying. It was in 2017 that Jean Delaveau had the idea of revolutionizing the world of freeze-drying thanks to dynamic freeze-drying.

The idea was to separate the freezing step from the freeze-drying step. This first decision made it possible to have a full-fledged sublimation phase in a “rotating” tank. The stirring movement is done with a gentle rocking movement.

What are the advantages of this innovative process?

Separation from freezing:

- reduction in the creation of crystals in biological active ingredients: better survival rate

- reduction in the quantity of cryoprotectants in formulations

- loading of frozen balls quick, easy and without contact with operators

Use of nitrogen:

- no oxidation of products

- reduced dependence on electricity supply

The dynamic sublimation process:

- homogeneity of the application of heat on the frozen balls

- better dissolution

- better stability
