Laboratory support
The R&D team carries out feasibility tests on your products using a Lab freeze dryer that can accommodate 0.5 to 8 kg of incoming wet material.
The laboratory is equipped to provide you, as an option, with a detailed report on your product. The laboratory's expertise will allow you to know how to freeze-dry your product and will support you towards industrial freeze-drying (large scale) if necessary.
Industrial support
In the same way as the laboratory, Lyophitech's expertise also extends to industrial support. You will be able to take advantage of our industrial equipment to carry out full-scale tests. The industrial team can optionally provide you with a detailed report on your industrial test.

R&D support
Our R&D team carries out feasibility tests on a 50-liter pilot lyophilizer (which can load up to 6 kg). For a first test, 1 kg of incoming wet matter is sufficient.
The laboratory is equipped with various analytical instruments to measure Aw, HR, as well as bacterial activity.
Production and supply of equipment
Our Vénissieux workshop also serves as a showroom to understand how the machines work and visualize the installations. We offer a complete offer: expertise, installation, adjustment, training, after-sales service, sales or leasing.

Laboratory freeze dryer and freezer (GMP available): LYOPHITECH7 , 7 liter freeze dryer, which takes loads ranging from 0.2 to 2 kg of incoming material.

Laboratory freeze dryer and freezer (GMP available): LYOPHITECH50 , 50 liter freeze dryer, which takes loads ranging from 0.5 to 8 kg of incoming material.

Industrial freeze dryer and freezer (GMP available): LYOPHITECH1000 , 1000 liter freeze dryer, which takes loads ranging from 50 to 250 kg of incoming material.
